I'm greatly impressed by the outcome of the carpet cleaning that we had done at our home. We have a lighter carpet and there were tracks, especially in the high traffic areas and on the steps to the family room. Well, there are no more tracks, and the carpet looks like new! I'll also give accolades to the technician Dan Harvey. He was absolutely on time, he was personable, but most of all he knew what he was doing and he did it very professionally.
