Why Should You Choose The Specialists?

That's a really good question, and it's important that I answer it for you.  Afterall, if I can't give you a great answer to this important question, you have no business hiring my company.

We have been serving the Omaha area for over twenty five years. I started a company in that year that installed office and institutional furniture. I know that seems like a big difference from carpet cleaning, but we began offering specialized cleaning services to our customers so they had someone they could trust to clean their office uphosterly and cubicles. About ten years ago, we broke the cleaning company away from the other one, and Specialists Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was born. I have a degree in psychology, but I have been in and around the cleaning business for a very long time, and I have learned to find and hire the very best, certified carpet cleaning professionals in the business. I have a passion for providing the absolute best carpet and upholstery care to the best people in Omaha and I would love for you to become part of our family. My primary interest is in helping our clients maintain healthy homes. 

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians are certified with the IICRC. ( This institute is designed to improve carpet cleaning standards, and to help eliminate unethical carpet cleaning companies.)  The IICRC provides continuing education for carpet cleaners and keeps us up to date on the latest technology.

The IICRC also does not allow its members to use unethical "bait and switch" advertising.  This is also against the law, but very few carpet cleaners ever get prosecuted.  That's  why we fight them.  That's why I need your help.  You may not know this, but not all carpet cleaners are the same.  Not only because some of them use deplorable advertising, but there is a big difference in how they clean.  I use only hot water extraction.  This is the method required by Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer.  The other methods are either too harsh on the carpet, or they just don't clean well.
